hmm..
carburators can be rebuilt for cheap, you'd just need a proper rebuild kit for that specific carby, as you said you can source one from US. And a good mechanic here.
Once you get the engine, before buying any part, it would be a wise idea to remove carby and such things and to inspect them before hand.
Regarding the fuel pump, you can always opt for an external electric fuel pump.. new ext fuel pumps can be bought locally for cheap and can be installed easily.. pressures are managed using thicker or thinner return fuel lines..
Ignition coil / wires / plugs are again not a problem, can be bought locally for a very good price.
One upgrade I'd do to that setup is the alternator, they have tiny ones like a 63AMP. A 100AMP alternator or higher can be sourced locally.
