The equipment mentioned here is good. It's just that you can get better stuff from other brands that might even cost less and not pass the 300k mark. What city are you based in?
1 more thing. Out of the 300k, you gotta take out atleast 20k for the 10 sheets minimum you'll need for sound deadening. I'd also suggest some ccf in the front doors if your budget allows
install, sub box, accecories, etc will cost an additional 30-40k (You will be running atleast a 4 awg ofc wire and that will come at a cost)
so technically, it's more like 230-240k for the audio equipment.
here are a few options. Voce 2 way in the front with prima coaxials in the back, helix s62c in the front with s6x in the back
depending on how much the uno sub was quoted, a infinity reference 1270 will thrash that. Another option is the gladen rs12.
I don't know why he's suggested hi-res amps when your hu isn't hi-res capable and neither are you running a dsp or optic cables. Might as well look into the zapco st4x sq amp. it's small, 4 channel class ab. again i don't know the prices quoted to you. or get the helix m four or the hertz hcp4d
for the mono, you can either match up with the mentioned amps above since they have their respective mono amps too or get something different. Pioneer gm-dx871 & gm-dc871 are the brand new range of mono amps from pioneer. You can get the dc871 here in pak new for 60k
