i am afraid you wont find anything good in this budget, not even a good Mehran IMO. A car might look clean on the outside but will constantly make you visit the workshops time and again because proper history isnt maintained by users in Pakistan.
The best idea IMO is to get hold of an old Mehran (for may be 3.5-4 lakhs) and get it properly overhauled. Entire engine overhaul can be done in 60-80k inclusive of labour charges at a decent workshop. Besides, get wiring replaced for 20-25k. Tyres for 30k. Axle/suspension related works for 20-30k. Get a decent working AC installed for 40-50k. Total would be 6lakhs or less and you would have a very very nice car IA. On top, you can use the remaining budget for denting painting and your car would look like almost new.
