No car in the world is total 'local' except for the local company cars (e.g Japan for Toyota, Tata for India etc.)

My mother who has arthritis used to get in Prado just fine. I would just lower the ride height with the push of a button. That is one of the reasons I am recommending air suspension model to OP.
