Ninja one's have a good karate style. I have seen a few videos of master Chen's centre and the speed and accuracy of people is good but then again it depends if Chen himself teaches at that institute and only his name isn't being used.
Go to that centre after Ramadan and see for yourself and then we will decide about what to do. At the moment, just go on with your exercise. Don't worry about set backs. You will be stronger again.
I have a history of getting seriously ill or having a serious injury which sets me back a year or more but I again get up strong in mind with help of Allah and start once again. I would give you an example. 2 years ago, I was going to buy beef for my diet when a speeding van hit me and my head was burst open to the bone. Heavy blood loss and grade III concussion. If I kept on speaking for 5 continuous minutes, my head started spinning because of weakness. I couldn't stand up for more than 4-5 minutes, my legs started to tremble. Doctors had prohibited me to bench or lift a weight overhead for a long long time but after two months I got up, got to gym and started with the lightest of dumbells and started my journey again and within 4 months, I was benching 160 kg + for reps. This is not a one time thing as I was hurt once again after a few months and this time I had to wait for 8 months to even start again. It happens almost every year to me so be strong, have faith in Allah and keep going on.

For lower chest, you have the option of targeted flat bench where you lower the bar very slightly towards the lower half of your chest and then lift it up towards the lower portion. Decline benches of course. Decline flies. I would advise you to build upper chest before you get to build lower one because lower chest responds faster so it looks kind of odd for the kind of physique you have.

but the thing is its mixed martial arts,i searched some videos of it on youtube,it was punching kicking etc like sort of wrestling thing

i emailed some one,they also teach mixed martial arts dont know if they r too from same academy,he asked me to search for UFC videos,those were also the same thing

I am getting this for the first time in my life. I am so careful while crossing a road that if I have to stand for 5-10 minutes, I keep on waiting patiently and have been called a sissy for this many times but I was boarding a van when the driver on the van behind slept and he banged straight into the one I was getting into at around 80kph. The van's sliding door came like a lightening bolt and hit my at the side of my head and forehead, sent me flying around 20-30 feet into air. Now what could I do
Mixed Martial Arts is a really good art especially if you get into a street fight but its up to you. I have seen many martial artists being beaten down by ordinary guys because they don't have the heart to really fight and I have known a shotokan instructor who took 17 punches to knock 17 mobsters down at Sihala (He was a karate instructor at sihala police training centre and a thin tough guy).
A friend of my father was from SSG and once some people at a gambling place in Anarkali tried to pick a fight with my father. My father being a very literary kind of a person often avoids fights till really necessary and he went away. He casually told that friend after reaching at his place. Uncle Safdar got up, asked my father to come along and single handedly beat around 50 top gangsters of that time in Anarkali and all he got was a torn shirt sleeve and bruises on his forearm. Those 50 had broken bones, severe cuts, rashes and hits. I have many incidents to share and have had the opportunity to discuss training and martial arts with Uncle Safdar and two other top SSG people who were legends of their time so it is just the place if they actually teach real stuff or just show off stuff.
A soldier from Korea once told (he had been in a war and a reknowned tae kwon do master) that when it comes to one on one fight for life, all your martial arts knowledge flees away and you even pinch into eyes for saving yourself.

i want real thing which can help in fighting as well as em not really good at it.....u can imagine my 16yr old cousin when fought with me,he seemed to b stronger,maybe cox i have asthma problem or i dont drink milk or dont know
as u got quiet a knowledge so i would like u to suggest the style

This sports version can also be used in a good fashion because then you can yourself practise to different methods.
Go for that ninja style as I had said earlier. Master Chen was a good choice because these people have first hand knowledge about martial arts from masters so first visit their centre after Ramadan and then we'll discuss about it and make a definitive decision inshaAllah. We here talk about martial arts so why not talk about one of the greatest ever martial artists of all times. Hazrat Khalid bin Waleed R.A. He was a fighter of such a calibre that one can only dream to be. He always fought between the heart (qalb) of the opponent army where he was totally surrounded by armed fully trained soldiers and always got out. Imagine yourself surrounded by only 6 healthy boys, what would they do to you and there you had thousands of trained soldiers.

as em not still perfectly okay
so havent been eating much just medicines n fruit chaat since last 3 days n my weight has reduced from 70kg to 66kg,it happens whenever i fell ill
my legs were used to jogging,even em feeling that they also got weak.....
but belly seems still unaffected

You are going to get used to it. Your belly isn't much effected because your midsection is weak and muscle tone is not there.

A tip for all.
Treat your rotator cuffs with respect and always work them out. Since we at Pakistan are a cricket playing nation dominantly, our bowling arms are way fitter than the other and the people who later start gym or bodyweight exercises notice the joint health which bowling arm and shoulder offer. Wide grip bench presses are the biggest killers of rotator cuffs generally in addition to wider elbow angles which make us believe that the pecs are stretching but actually the deltoids and rotator cuffs are wearing out.

A tip for boys and girls.
Always squat. Squatting is one exercise which makes the whole body go. A very big misconception about squatting is that it hurts knees and ankle joints. It makes them healthier if coupled with proper weight distribution upon legs and stretching afterwards.
Another big misconception that girls shouldn't squat at all. In fact, if they start squatting regularly, their postural problems afterwards would reduce manyfolds and I guarantee upon that.
About men. What good is a man who has arms the size of cannons but can't lift weight in actual life while at ease, especially if he has to move some heavy stuff. Squatting really provides the ground for strength and conditioning. Agar bunyad acchi ho to imaarat acchi hoti hai.
Weighted squats are good too. Try to squat with some weight put on your shoulders and see the tension ranging from top to bottom of your body. It even provides you with better and stronger abs. Beneficial for both genders without a doubt.
Another misconception is that girls should not do weighted exercises. Totally wrong. Girls don't have the tendency to build muscle, more than a particular level. The ones who do, take enormous amounts of hormones for the same and have pronounced side effects which are never there while working out with weights not taking any steroids or hormones.
Will come up with some more myth busters afterwards.

@Chaudhary, What is the nature of pain in your knee? Try stretching extensively without putting much stress for a while and always before starting your usual walk or jog. Take some tablet containing diclofanic sodium. If you feel swelling accompanied with pain, take any tablet containing ibuprofen, usually brufen 600 mg is a good choice but don't take it too often. More than 1200 mg is not at all advised within 24 hours.
Go with your yoga routine as well as bodyweight training routine.

From where does the pain originate? Is it shooting pain or just a numb feeling? Does it travel anywhere or not?

No need to worry much about it for the moment. Go with the routine as earlier told, just try to curb your desire to jog more if pain gets a bit pronounced.

hey i finally started with my routine from today........no walk
did dumbells 3 sets of 10 reps each
did exercises on machine.....n this time i did a new thing......following my old practice but in the last set i didnt restricted myself to 10 reps but i kept on doing the reps to the extent i could......like in 3 exercises i did 30 reps,in other one 40 reps,n in one i did 60reps......
n also lifted water bottle n walked with it for few minutes
