Keep on building your strength and stamina. Rest for the egg thing that you have asked. This is a common misconception but somehow related to the environment of the subcontinent. When my ancestor Babur conquered Hindustan and started living here, he and his generals/soldiers really suffered during summers. He then noted his observations that indians avoid eggs, meat and poultry and rely upon vegetables and fruit juices. Eggs, poultry and meat are high calorie foods so they give higher caloric burn which in turn makes one feel warm but then again it doesn't matter for a fit person as he has the ability to endure some heat. I live here since my childhood and know many people who eat tons of these things and remain normal during summers. The only thing is to have proper water and juice intake in order to flush your body of toxins and extra stuff. This practice of hindustanis also made them weaker so anyone who wanted, came to hindustan and conquered them. This is a valid example and not just hearsay.
I myself have been having as much as 24 eggs a day and didn't have any problems at all. It is in one's mind too and if one thinks he is going to be effected by something, he does get some vibes of it.
If you have some relaxant like laxotanil, xanax or anything of this sort and don't lay down in order to sleep and don't bother if it would get you to sleep, you will not even feel it but if you have been told many stories about how these effect your CNS and make you sleep down, you will feel drowsiness within 30 minutes of taking any of these pills.
In my early teenage, I consumed 7 or more kgs of milk which could be up to 10-11 kgs a day and never had any problems at all. I would assert again that eggs don't harm you in anyway. Any sportsman who gets to the professional level which requires real fitness and strength either choses expensive protein intake in the form of meat or affordable one like eggs.
By the by, what do people say who prohibit you to take eggs? What is their stance upon it? What is the main reason they think of it as some radioactive element?
