The T-Valve Housing was sourced, replaced.
All hose pipe clamps were used the one which toyota use actually. Earlier it was screw clamp which was tighten with flat head screw driver.
Now after fixing, I used three bottles (1L each) of Guard’s Concentrated coolant and rest was filled with RO Water.
Drove the car like 100 km after that, and not a single drop of coolant is reduced so far.
Will keep it in observation for next few days btw.
