Sir I don't know what your colleague went through but WHT applies on all newly registered vehicles regardless of manufacturing date..... I checked it from ETO office as well

This exemption is only for army auctioned vehicles !

does army auction receipt has WHT amount mentioned separately? to my knowledge, " every " government auction mention, applicable taxes are in addition to the bid amount.

@capsat Bro can you cross check this info because WHT is on every vehicle regardless if it's army auction or not and the same WHT is on transfer of ownership of less than10 years vehicle including army auction. I will call the ETO office tomorrow and update as well....... This info was given to me by many fj owners

for 3000+ cc WTH at time of registration is 250,000 Rs for Filer and 400,000 Rs for Non-Filer

Yearly tax on 3000+ cc is 62,500 Rs for filer and 300,000 Rs for Non-Filer. i am going to ETO office in karachi to get a second opinion on the same.

Mir Waise is demanding 300K for his 84 Model FJ which is registered in Quetta (registered in 30000/- in 2015) having new battery and Power Staring. Still in Army Colour... Might be little negotiable.. For 81, 82 Models the demand was 225k
