Right...so we have flames. Sort of.
But we also have a pretty big portion of the bonnet lying vacant between the bottom edge of the flames and the grill...yes?
I was thinking "graffiti". Words, scribbled onto the car with a paintbrush...in silver, gold, black, and red lettering. Perhaps some images, too. Something that's completely avantgarde, and seemingly out of place on a car. I mean...why not? We've survived the "flames" debacle...haven't we?
In my mind's eye, I picture a mass of tightly bunched characters, in the colours I mentioned above. Something that seems like a confused, jumbled, living-breathing-seething mass, just below those flames. And only when you get close to the vehicle, are you able to make out the hundred of sentences scribbled upon it. Messages with a meaning. Things that make a statement, perhaps. Quotes. News items. Something...thought-provoking. Shocking, even.
A while ago, on some other thread, I had mentioned that having TWO Impalas was a bad thing...because with the poor '65, I would attempt to undertake every nasty-filthy-vile-despicable experiment imaginable with it. I have the feeling that the experiments have started, already!
