Flooded Aqua in Karachi rains

One of my friend's Aqua was flooded during heavy rains in Karachi, could someone please guide where to get it revived, which parts are likely to need replacement, and what could be the expected cost.

Really bad situation is Karachi, have seen lot of cars floating, I believe cars worth of billions must be ruined. On side note, for next 1-2 years one should be very careful while buying vehicles from KHI, lot of flooded vehicles will be up for sale..

past week i towed a Honda FIT with my 40 year old manual KE30 corolla water was gushing over the wheels and that old lady pulled the FIT for 9 kms without a knock

Move it over in to sunlight and let it dry completely. Starting up the car and driving it is the first task. Afterwards go under the car and check for new rust spots. DO remember to check the engine bay for water i.e air filter,plugs etc. Dry them out well before starting it. Do not try to start the engine if it water has gotten into it. However i dont think the water level is that high and it would have gone into the filter.

Buy better grease not locals ones. Bearings are protected by better grease, a new concept of mine learned through channel “farmproject” on youtube.

Another a full wash of car inside out seats removed might prevent rust from places un accessible.
Watch rust prevention videos on youtube as u can get anything imported in karachi. So save ur car. Good luck
