Flush and Service Radiator before Pour Coolent?

Need Expert advice for the following :

Bought a City 2006 few days before, its fan is Auto and A/c is chilled one.

Now, I want to pour Coolent in it and thinking to change A/c Filter too as last owner never changed it.

What I do ??? like

1- Service Radiator then Coolent.
if Service is good then from where ???
May I go to Honda Pitshop or will manage from road side radiator service wala ???

2- Just Add coolent from Honda pitshop.
or
Buy Coolent from outside shoop and Add coolent from any where ???

3- Which Coolent is better ??? or Honda's coolent is good ???

4- What is the percentage to pour Coolent and water in the radiator ???

5- Normal Tap water/Boring water is good or will pour mineral water ???

1st of all use liqui moly radiatlr flush no need to go to honda as they also send it outside for cleaning
2ndly use honda type 1 or caltex collant caltex one is available for 650 rs and is concentrated so 50 50 mixture is to be poured dont go for cheap coolants they do more damage than benifit no need to.go to honda any one can do it

no need to go to honda for this 2ndly use distilled water if possible if not use boiled water
