No problem mate, regarding the amp, i would suggest a Focal 4.75 or Harman kardon 4 channel amp, for both of which you will have to stretch your budget a little but I would recommend spending that much and getting some quality gear. Let me know if you need a focal 4.75.

My prob is the same with civic oem navi... Bad cheetah has suggested me to go for focal access as my budget is low... So I want to ask whats the price for PS165 and is it easy available in pak? And how much is the diff between soundstream ref800.4 and Focal solid 4?

I have had both amps, heard them closely. I would say, Solid4 is way better than SS REF800.4, one of my friends got V30's and hes playing them on Solid4, his sound is simply amazing, the stereo separation is awesome. If you want a good start, go for Focal's traditional line up, Solid-4. You can bridge rear channels for your sub-woofer and it would be a nice system.

How would you rate below (on base of SQ), im confused with this 165 series, im more inclined towards 165 A1 and 165CA1.165A3 seems to be complete speaker system with 2 woofers, 2 mid-range speakers and tweeters, how abt it:

Which one do you think provide the most accurate sound.

Could you also mention the appox prices and a trusted focal dealer in Lahore who could give the genuine quality products and good price?

PS 165 is your answer. For price, you need to check it from the Focal Dealer

As roms said, best among mentioned would be Performance PS165. For genuine products, you can verify serial numbers on the driver and the warranty card that is included in the box, same serial would be printed on the package. For price, PS165 is around 25k.

Focal Access A1 has been discontinued, new series that would replace it is Integration. You can now get Focal Acess SG (latest release after Access A1), this is almost same as A1. Price would be around 18k and 20k for SG. Acess A3 is three way, which requires a lot of effort to tune and install, you'll need better and powerful amplification either, I am not sure but its price would be around 30k.

165CA1 is coaxial not component, it would be better to put it in the rear deck along with any of the mentioned in front.

These are available everywhere now, Authorized dealer is in DHA Y Block, you can google it. Focals are available on Hall Road even. Go there yourself, check stuff out before making a buy decision.

@ moon, sorry man completely forgot about your text, ive been a little excessively busy these days, as far as the cables go, i dont think they're available, i bought the last roll i think. You should get Focal wires, farazam is your friend i think, as him to give you a discount.

During the hunt I found a huge McIntosh home amplifier, thought to check the price tag but the guy told me it was faulty I did goto Focal, the cable is extremely expensive, and I thought I should stay with one cable brand.. Are you busy with your re-install or something else?
