Fog in head lamps

I bought KIA Sportage Alpha in February 2021 and after 7-8 month fog start appearing in head lamps. Contacted dealer ship for warranty claim but still no gain as not willing to accept claim. Is some one guide how to fix the issue or how to handle warranty claim?

Relax. In winters it is supposed to fog up as headlights are ventilated. It's perfectly normal
