Fog Lights Req for Sunny 07!

Dear Pakwheelers,
AoA, Below are the pics of my car's fog Lights. I think now they should be replaced cuz they are giving me problems. One of them gets fused whenever i change its bulb(the one which has been taken off), and the other one looks as if it has been filled with smoke.
These fogs are of nissan sunny 2007, can somebody let me know where i can buy these from.

but do get wiring checked, i think the problem of blowing bulb isnt because of the light, it must be due to short circuited wiring

secondly, please recommend which type of bulb should i use?

i think that you can find both new and used in excellent condition. i am not aware of what bulb, but i think bulb will come with them.
