Any one remember a resturant opened and closed way back in RWP in a plaza (opposite cantonment Board office where there are so many chemists shop now) its name was "BIG BITE" they were the pioneers in steaks outlet in RWP and were the best.

They are few decent restaurants in ISB though in Chinese, Go to Chinatown in F-8/4 (as well as tutti fruity). Food points have improved in ISB/RWP though.

tried "Kozy Haleem" Commercial Market (near previous Ayan's Bakers)
i am told that its a brand from Karachi.
it tasted better than "Haleem Ghar".

Incantre in f-10 markaz.. pizza huts basement.
their Caesar stake is amazing so is the club sandwich and shesha.
plus their rates are amazing. 400 for a steak.

Sounds great....steaks are Rs. 600-700 minimum elsewhere.
If you are a steak lover....try Captain Cook..in main Jinnah Super. They got juicy steaks with reasonable price tags.

Certainly every eating point has its own features, but for serious Afghani and Peshawari food lovers may I tell you a new point where you can really enjoy the taste of food and life, altogether natural, traditional, delicious food at very reasonable price.... Florina Restaurant located 2 km from Toll Plaza on Main Murree Expressway almost 8 km from Bharakau towards Murree.... Before I rate the food quality, taste, prices, ambiance, service, etc. everyone must expereince the real DIFFERENCE made by the Florina's management and then rate him/herself.... Thanks

Hey Junk food lovers, i tried Mr. Cod at Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. As the name suggests their speciality is fish.
Fish and Chips (traditional) You would like its tartar sauce.
They got tasty burgers the buns they use are non-soggy and good quality.
Their Zig-Zag Burger is KFC's Zinger equivalent, in fact a tad bit better. (I am personally a big fan of KFC's Zinger, but somewhow KFC have gradually lost its sting.)
Their Fish burger (i forgot its name) is also good. Their prices are quite reasonable Their burger deals were offered in less than Rs. 350/- whereas similar burger deals are available in above 500 at KFC.
The only flaw i found there was their serving size, which i think is too small for a crow eater like myself. You can effectively gulp down their burger in two bites flat Their staff is good and attentive, or may be its the beginning zeal.
Another challenge would be to see whether or not Mr. Cod would maintain its standard in the near future or would slip downwards as many others food joints like them.

If you want to try chana chat.... go to raja bazar... Bara market... A big street start where bara market is ended. This road leads you to iqbal road.

At the start of street in the center there is a reri wala... A small and fat man standing... Try his "chana kachori plate" its awsome you will like it.. But dont go before 6 p.m coz he starts at 6 p.m till 9 p.m.

You can find at start of moti bazar or u can say trunck bazar (in raja bazar) . At corner there is shop, never read the name just eat it... There are 2 shops side by side, one name has "Poranay walay " try the other one... catering people take from him to serve in the weddings.

Islamabad lacks Qulfa place i guess... but u can try qulfa at Rasheed Sweets or Jamil Sweets and Fresco sweets... not very tasty though.

By the way anyone tried Qulfa....in Peshawar Saddar (near the small white mosque in the heart of Saddar) its brand name is "Lahori Qulfa"... very tasty
