You should have some first hand knowledge by visiting some food trucks and gather all relevant information before starting any such business.

i suggest to please pay a visit to Lahore Municipality office by chance if they have any sops' for such permits you will be lucky. otherwise take your chance to start up and be ready to provide FREE FOOD for on duty area police station mobile, area councilor, sanitary inspector & food inspectors. means a weekly for all those.
