I agree with you that the FORD IKON is made for a price. Its meant to a economically priced car.

It retails for 4.6 Lakhs (Indian Rs.)

I am sure you have never driven this car.
It's actually not that bad a car for it's price. It does look bit dated and not that luxurious inside but it's quite fun to drive and quite comfortable with ample space.

The IKON is on it's last stage of production. It will be phased out soon. Ford India has recently launced the more Luxurious, modern and better built FIESTA.

@ Indica ..yaar im a biker...i dont have a car......but one thing is for sure....Indian bikes r wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better than Pakistani cheap standard bikes be it in any engine power i.e. 70, 100, 125, 150...

There r almost 50 companies in Pakistan who are manufacturing copies of Honda CD70 in a shameless fashion and they call it "Japanisese technology" ka muzbooot shahkaaar....wat a pitty

well..its time for all of us to stop comapring us with india,,,,,india is india,,pakistan is pakistan....its the bad habit here that we compare evrey thingh with india......its a sort of social behaviour present in our society............i know many of u might disagree with it..but even our president mushaaraf...once stated in his statement and rightly so,,that we should not compare ourselves with india......

we should look forward towards future in our own ways not by comapring ourselves with india .

u see the first page, i MYSELF posted the story of a paki built civic, which EXACTLY broke in half from the SAME point from where this car has been damaged..and i DID say it depends upon the impact speed/angle. i KNOW the PW guys here know MUCH MORE abt autos than what i do, but 5 years back i CLEARLY REMEMBER i saw the pic of a ferrari F50 EXACTLY like this, broken in 2 pieces after hitting a barrier...this does NOT mean that italians are making shit or something

all we are here for is to discuss the autos...they are made in INDIA, PAKISTAN, MARS, JUPITER....who cares???

Isn't it possible for admin to BAN Indian sluts here? Why is admin so linient in its policy?
Those guyz who just pop up and have an overview of the post don't know how one bears BS against Pakistan thats why they end up saying "Chill man" or "Comm'on".

And if you're talking of copying CD70 then i tell you that when Japs went to U.S for their products they COPIED American Styles.
Now China is on the move. Copying others designs to compete.
Now you can see where these countries are.
We should show some paitience.
These cheap copied bikes also bring pleasures to those who can't afford 54k Honda. They can afford 38k Metro or PakHero.
By the way Pak Hero introduced a differtent design altogther for its 125cc bike.
