I have been watching the progress of this old one owner car. Good thing about these old Fords was that they were dead simple to work on. Both the Model 'A' and 'T'. I saw the red wheels and was wondering what was your plan for the wings? The period in which these cars were launched was one of boring colours. There were no metallic finishes and so on. I am happy to see that you have stuck with a non-metallic paint. The correct red for the wheels is "casino red" and the Dupont equivalent paint number is 246-30348. Here is the list of factory colours from 1928 (interesting to note that pinstriping and wheels are the same color):

Here is a picture comparison of your project car with an image off the net with a colour close to your choice of biscuit. Wings look nice in black and will set off the hood which I presume will be black:
