Foreigner buying car to drive back to Europe

Hello,

This is a bit of a long shot - but I'd like to buy a land cruiser and drive it back to Europe.

1. can a Foreigner buy a car in Pakistan?

2. How hard is it to then export said car?

3. If the above is difficult are there any work arounds or out the box thinking ways I could do this?
