Yes that is what I am talking about I can't believe they not take the notice of abscence of one mechanic and they are about to give a go signal before realising what could happen. It certainly cost a hefty amount of time for Irvine. May be you have read the Crisis Meeting report of Ferrari just after Sepang GP. Luca have made it clear he don't want another such type of comedy show in future.

LONDON (Reuters) - Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo has presented the struggling Formula One champions with a penitent's hood while warning them not to become a laughing stock.
"It would be a euphemism to say people here were very angry, but these same people are also very determined to react," the team quoted him as saying after a 2-1/2 hour crisis meeting in Maranello on Tuesday afternoon.
"I brought with me a monk's hood to make everyone understand that we have to tackle this season with humility, and made the point that I don't want to find us on some sort of TV comedy video programme after each race," he added.
"Joking apart, I know that this group is known for its strong sense of pride and that will help us get out of this situation.
"The team remains united and I have every confidence in it."
Ferrari, winners of eight of the last 10 constructors' titles, have yet to score a point after the first two races of the season in Australia and Malaysia.
The team are paying the price of fighting right down to the wire for both championships last year while others, such as Honda's replacement Brawn GP and Toyota, devoted considerable resources to 2009 and the heavily revised new regulations.
Brawn, with a controversial rear diffuser that Ferrari say is illegal, have won the first two races with Britain's Jenson Button.
However, some of Ferrari's injuries are also self-inflicted, with Brazilian Felipe Massa qualifying 16th in Malaysia last weekend after being kept in the garage by the team on the mistaken assumption that he had done enough to reach the second stage.
During that same race, 2007 champion Kimi Raikkonen's hopes were wrecked by a decision to put him on full wet tyres several laps too early.
Ferrari said Tuesday's meeting had been comprehensive with the discussions described as "intense but constructive".
"There is an awareness of a need to react to close the performance gap, even if part of it is down to the presence of an interpretation of the regulations which many teams feel is incorrect," the team added.
"Therefore the next few days will see the team working energetically to anticipate as much as possible the aerodynamic development of the F60 (car)

KERS weighs around 40 to 60 kgs so it certainly have some additional weight and could effect the handling of a car. We could see some comeback if they could come up with the same DD diffuser or the DD diffuser said illegal and being removed otherwise minor adjustments didnot make huge differences also hope for not another Ferrari wrong strategy.
