Yes, what @UK have said about those glasses is correct and thats the same reason to use different kinds of visors, in broad sunlight drivers use dark or semi dark visors, in gloomy conditions like Korea or China they use, clear or medium visors. Also, Brundle have acknowledged it during the commentary do you think he was wrong.
@UK
Why everytime I made a comment it has been taken in the total opposite direction of what was the original intention. Look at Horner's rejection for the Webber incident. My first few words that were "Everyone has his own opinion", was about your opinion for Rosberg and his comment on Twitter while the remaining sentence was to show that its not only Rosberg who is thinking like that, a former F1 driver also thinks that Webber's action was delibrate.
As for your thinking that he does have control of 3 tires here is the pic of the left front tire with broken steering arm:

Look at the steering which is in total opposite direction of where wheels are pointing, with left wheel almost in the same position just Hamilton's front wheel was after Monza crash where it was known that he has suffered broken steering arm.
Just because all the wheels are attached to the car after the crash doesnot means that they all are in the working position, Webber have left rear suspension broken after the impact which have cause his right front tire to move upward in the air, and his left front tire was without steering how could you steer your car with a right rear wheel is beyond me.
I am in no way accusing Webber of delibrately crashing rather I am trying to defend him but then again you think I am blaming Webber for such thing.

I follow driver ‘X’ therefore everything he does is amazing and if he has a poor race he's been "unlucky".
I don’t follow driver ‘Y’ therefore everything he does is just wrong and if he does well he was simply "lucky".
