I don't use am, pm in timing schedule format because I use 24 hour format and its standard practice not to use am pm in 24 hr format as no time repeat in it as after 12:00 noon its 13:00, 14:00 and so on.
As for your second question I am not sure why there was not any live streaming at that time.

Yes it is surprising to see both Ferrari's ahead of both Mercedes and also in cold conditions where Mercedes had the advantage in previous years. As their main problem was warm condition where their tyres just lost performance faster then any other team. In cool conditions they were getting their tyres up to required temperature faster and also able to make them last longer but today they just not been able to which is surprising.
