[Fortuner 2.8] Black particles from exhaust after adding injector cleaner

So, I have been getting slight smoke occasionally from my 2.8 Diesel Fortuner. Car is around 50k driven but it gets driven in rural areas. I added Liqui Moly Diesel Purge Fuel Injector Cleaner in the tank when getting the tank filled. After filling the tank, I have only driven the car for around 100KM, the smoke is still there but today, when I started the car in the morning, I noticed some black particles coming out from the exhaust.

Now, should I be worried about these black particles? Or is it regular and the cleaner is doing its work? Thanks.

They're probably soot particles being blown from exhaust. Does it increase when revving on idle?

can be likely carbon been removed but i dont think purge fuel injector has anything to do with exhaust side as those are cleaning agent for the fuel line and fuel injectors.
most of particles are throw out black soot which sometime stuck inside the exhaust pipe so i wouldnt worry about it.

Have you tried purge through fuel tank?

nothing to worry about if they started oozing out after the use of the purge
