I have Toyota Fortuner Sigma 4 2018, it is fully maintained by Toyota and 18000 km driven. A month earlier I was asked by Toyota Multan Motors to change BRAKE BOOSTER from Toyota Multan I went there and they replaced it in warranty although there wasn’t any problem in brakes of my car but Toyota Multan insisted on to change it as Toyota is doing that all across the globe free of cost but after that change there might be some problem in reassembling parts that were screwed to out to change booster my car started to make annoying whistling sound (above 2000 RPM) right after getting out of Toyota motors Multan a week later I went to Toyota for regular oil filter and engine oil change so I discussed it with them they diagnosed the sound was coming from FORTUNER’S TURBO (they took around 5 hours letting the car to cool down and then they did the diagnosis) so they said they will make a report and send to TOYOTA INDUS and will get my problem solved I was asked to leave my car at Toyota workshop for 2 days I had to go to Lahore that day for a week so I told them I will drop the car after coming back from Lahore I dropped the car at home and took another of my car to Lahore after coming back from Lahore I again took my car to Toyota at 12 in the morning at 4.30 I called them and they said we have cleaned turbo carbon and your issue is resolved But when I performed a test drive along with Toyota Multan’s Mechanic the sound that used to come above 2000 RPM ,came above 1000 RPM, at this they said it’s not an issue it’s a minor sound (but it really is an annoying loud sound) I researched on internet and now I know that it might me a problem of unfiltered air getting in turbo or lack of lubrication but it can destroy my engine and it is disgusting to hear from Toyota that it’s not an issue. I mean It is a car worth of almost 10 million and doesn’t even have a scratch only never been to an off-road train, only driven on motorways (been to swat a year ago) and fully maintained by Toyota start to whistle Out of nowhere and when you ask them to repair they say its not a problem. I have been a Toyota user since 2009 and I always have admired Toyota customer care but this Time I am very Disappointed
