Like every cg user I was too frustrated with the clutch noise of cg
Its so much of a common problem now that atlas doesnt accept claims for clutch noise even under warranty bikes and has declared it standard clutch noise
So I decided to fix this issue my self although I have being advocating for a better clutch box since ages but there were so called experts on this forum who made fun of the idea lol
The problem is the cheap housing of FCC brand which cg came factory fitted with
A jugar to this problem is to take out housing and change dumping seal (sandwitched between housing sprocket and housing itself) but I didnt want to take changes with it and I ended up swapping the whole clutch box with sazgar rikshaw's clutch box
Original clutch box of cg
Sagzar's clutch box
Original cg got 4 pressure plates 5 clutch plates and 4 clutch release springs
While sazgar's one have 6 clutch plates 5 pressure plates and 6 release springs
Clutch plates for both cg and sazgar are same but pressure plates are different
Also sazgar clutch housing have much bigger oil galaries compared to cg own setup (which means clutch will run far cooler as more oil will rush in clutch)
P.s before installing clutch plates do make sure to soak them in oil for atleast 1 hour
