Fraud Alert:Honda City 2014 for Sale in Karachi

Beware of scammers and save your hard earned money.

This car which is listed for sale on Pakwheels belonged to us and I recently sold the car to Car First - Gulistan e Jauhar. The car was driven 82,000 kms+ when we handed over it about a month ago. Now this guy has smartly reversed the meter and claiming it to be 54,000 kms driven.

Sharing pictures of the car when it was with us. Also the data of the car can be verified from Car First as we sold the car last month to them.

Thanks for informing. I have seen lots of ads of cars be it Civic , city or Corolla from this place in AFOHS. Looks like he is a fraudulent dealer. Should be named and shamed publicly.

Was about to say the same. Many ads with cars photographed on the same location. Doesn’t mean this person did it, maybe someone in between.

Can't say for sure who did it, but the car was sold by us to Car Sure, then the car was available on their selling website with all the details mentioned correctly. Don't think there might be too many players in between.

Just see his other ads. All of his cars even 10 years old are just barely above 50k driven and 5 year old imported cars just driven 50k

For years he is selling such cars, and with his signature style of taking pictures I always thought this guy hunts extraordinary cars and then charge the premium price for that. But I was really shocked to see this, he barely reversed 30k of the genuine odo - don't know what kind of benefit one can extract.

Murtaza Bhai if its proven that this guy is involved in fraudulent activities, then Pakwheels can take following actions, combined with reporting him to cyber crime cell:

1. Block him permanently from using any of the Pakwheels services.
2. Ban / delete his ID permanently.
3. Blacklist his ID, Contact details (email, mobile No. etc.) and IP, and warn him to refrain from such activities in future (also download / backup his data, just in case).

Reporting to cyber crime is an option, but first, action must be taken by Pakwheels, as this all is happening on Pakwheels and in its knowledge (if it wasn't previously, then its now).

Nothing is gonna happen, we love to be fooled. It's a matter of short time that we forget the past event (without taking any lessons learnt) and are exposed to the same source to be exploited again.
