Just wanted to share my experience.

I am amazed with the abilities of the attendants at Shell fuel station (situated at road going towards Shaheen Complex from PIDC ) to put a quart into a pint pot and can defend it shamelessly . It was not the first times when I get my fuel tank filled & got cheated , but today when I claim that how is it possible to put 10 litres of petrol in a 9 litres tank when there was already some fuel left in it , he starts shouting like I am the one who is cheating & the same thing happen when I approach to their so called Manager for the complain , he started the same crap talks in ruthless way that you are accusing us for no reason. I tried to convince him by showing the website of the make of my bike but he was never willing to even listen & starts misbehaving.**

Is there any controlling authority authority where I can complain ?**
