Hmm looks like the matter is far from over. Good luck man. From personal experience, it's very hard to recover money from anyone in Pakistan.

since this a professional forum ive said what i had to say, you can infer whatever you wish. if however u really want to know the traits of a muslim read "the ideal muslim" by muhammad ali al-hashimi. And it goes without saying cheating, lying etc, are one of the worst qualities any human can possess.

hes calling it my fault for trusting him blindly, which partially is but that doesnt mean, his fault is less or irrelevant, coz imo its primarily a 2minute task to check a woofer for repair, which any sensible person (let alone an old friend) would do before taking it from an unknown party,

this makes his explanations quite base less to me

there are always other ways, to do it which i refrained from and tried to settle with a cool temprament

Alhamdulillah, most of my friends and fellow Pakwheelers can vouch for my honesty

now i have no other option rather than invloving some influential parties of karachi and involving his dad in the issue as a first step.

Coz no matter if the subwoofer is working or not, i have been defrauded clearly and as the seller has openly accepted his responsibility , its his duty to send compensation and claim from original party which defrauded him (if thats the case, and he didnt fraud him self).

As he is refusing to do so, ill conclude, this was his own mindgame to make a quick buck and use past trust of dealings , and accordingly he will be treated like a fraudia. :S
