Alhamdulillah, most of my friends and fellow Pakwheelers can vouch for my honesty

now i have no other option rather than invloving some influential parties of karachi and involving his dad in the issue as a first step.

Coz no matter if the subwoofer is working or not, i have been defrauded clearly and as the seller has openly accepted his responsibility , its his duty to send compensation and claim from original party which defrauded him (if thats the case, and he didnt fraud him self).

As he is refusing to do so, ill conclude, this was his own mindgame to make a quick buck and use past trust of dealings , and accordingly he will be treated like a fraudia. :S

Probably this is not a good idea you must talk to him once and ask him a FNF date after that day you must take your final step.....i am also dealing with one of my friend from last ramzan old relations must get some discounts

i think 5000 is not a problem for splfanatic, the major problem is that the person lost trust of his close friend and still no response from him on this open forum.
and after all this happened he is still trying to negotiate on 5000 RS .

agar spl bhai is problem ko punlic pay na latay to hum ma say koi aur phr wo banda kisi aur ko fraud laga jata. in my opinion spl has done right to bring it on public forum.

So ill try the final resort now , if it works well n gud if not, i didnt lose anything , its the seller who lost all his respect

( abt the convo posts, they have been done, and whatever updates i post, are done when the seller says do as u wish and is not cooperating any more). I cant waste my time on trying to call n convince him daily

That's a real shame ...i Feel sorry for you bro ..It must hv hurt by getting ripped of from someone u trust ..... I hv dealt many times online with strangers even on pw but Alhumdulilah never encounter any fraud like this ...

mods can u pls close this thread? it is very clear to everyone here that buying/ selling on pakwheels has nothing to do with pakwheels and is the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller to choose and decide. its pakwheels not some geo tv program on air. and those who are enjoying it, grow up guys...

If it all ends well amicably, I believe keeping a cool head is well worth it.

Fighting, insulting, involving third parties- never worth it. Trust me on this, been there done that.

Try to negotiate more. i know its not your fault and it probably irks you to no limit being wronged and still being nice, but its what makes you human, what makes you civilized. Men talk, animals fight.

I remember reading that he was facing financial constraints, yet he was ready to pay in installments etc. Why not have a later date and instead take a lump sum from all those installments gathered?

Online/telephonic discussions are never as effective as face to face talking.
I understand you two are miles apart, but you can always have a representative.

I will be back in Karachi in a week or so, and I can volunteer to go and talk to him on your behalf.
He owes you this at least, a meet up and a civilized discussion to peacefully resolve this.
This is a forum, there are many different members here and I hope I am not the only one who feels this way.
Maybe I can have a few other volunteers to come with me and talk it out with him over a cup of tea.

Take a chill pill man... Its not PW's responsibility but the buyer is responsible to let the members aware of such situation(s).

It do belong here, PW is like a family and there are ups and downs in relations of family members so one cant say that Family is not allowing to discuss em in the central hall, no?
