car is lhr regim in isbcar have no return file due to first ownercan i transfer it from isb without file, or i need to send book to lhr to get transfer n get file too
i bought a 2007 club gv isb reg gray in 470 n sale for 500K n a 2007 silver exce gv rwp reg in 500K n sale for 540 both 2-3 piece paint, also sale 4-5 2003-4 club in last 5 months, also now days i have a plus, search olx, refresh after every 2-3 hours you ll find even less then 600K, still know a car 2007 gv isb reg owner demanding 480K but i m stuck in few cars so did not visit that car.
@cerwinvegabro today i was checking my cultus's documents and found out that the first owner's cnic card has expired. Can i still transfer it on my name?? if not then what solution do i have other then asking previous owner for his new cnic card

Actually you are talking about a car which is older than 2002 model and before 2002 there was no concept of return file to customer because they were retained by excise office ....... now the thing is excise is returning files with change of ownership ..... its better to get it transferred to your name from lahore and also receive the original return file of the car .

This vitz in total genuine paint and options in pin spot less condition can fetch upto 10 lac ...... but if car has dents scratches and 1/2 piece touching then max 9.75

yes now you got my point, now is there is any possibility to get transfer from rwp ? i dont need file. coz i buy this car from 1st owner then sale it, n now want to transfer to new owner(this is demand of owner), 1st owner aslo available in rwp, this way transfer ll cost me 1.5K by sending lhr this ll cost me 6-7K. i hope you under stand.
