I'm looking for an experienced and creative freelance Graphic-Designer to work on a small project for me.

Requirements:

Must be Very Creative
Capable of producing ideas and multiple base-designs according to project description
Must give clear timelines and deliver work accordingly
Must be aware of emerging technologies using latest GD softwares

what kind of graphic designing do you need?
If you be more specific, that would help.

And I have solid 13 year experience in using microsoft's most famous graphics software , so I think I'm a possible candidate...
