Freelancing for noobs

Most of us are hearing some 16-20 year olds earning figures doing video editing, graphic designing, web development and God knows some other hidden niche. This is all done without stepping outside.

How can a clueless get into this figuring out what the person in good at in order to sell himself?

Now I have some idea about majority of things like upwork, fiver, refining yourself, cold emails and etc.

The thing I'm concerned with is receiving payments safely without receiving notice or account being banned. I'm just a guy unemployed who only has easypaisa, with zero experience in banking or paying tax.

Would love to see ya'll contribution regarding this career helping one to start and giving tips.

Payments come much later, don’t worry about notices etc that’s not the norm. Plus you’ll be bringing in foreign exchange so nothing to worry about.

For payment use Payoneer or the new freelancer accounts where you can save 50% dollars in the linked USD account. But prefer Payoneer as you can save 100% in usd.

From what I've learned so far is everyone's avoiding Payoneer due to variety of reasons.
There's also alternatives like Wise, however they are not opening new accounts.

As long as you stick to terms n conditions of Payoneer I don’t think there should be an issue .

So far, I've made account on Upwork only to find out I need buy 'connects' in order to apply for job.

Still trying to dive deeper in order to find my way in..
