From faisalabad to babusar top duding eid holidays

Hi Pakwheelers. After absorbing the scorching heat during Ramadan in Faisalabad, it was time to absorb some cold. We decided to explore Naran for the fourth time. We have seen twice the Lake Saiful Malook, so we dropped that from our visiting points. We decided to go for;

1. Babusar Top

2. Lalazar

   We were two families with 05 Adults and 10 children. Me, Abdul Sattar and my very good friend and neighbor, Saleem Shehzad were heading the two families. Our travelling plan was ;

04.07.2016 Abbotabad
05.07.2016 Naran
06.07.2016 Babusar Top
07.07.2016 Lalazar & Naran outskirts
08.07.2016 Home sweet home.

 Mode of transportation used were 02 Crolla XLi's

 I used only Huawei P8Lite mobile camera for covering the whole trip. Pictures will tell you that this experiment was worth it or not.

Rush was on peak when we were returning. We paid 8000 per night for River View Hotel. The rooms were outstanding.

How is the condition of road from Naran onward...???

From Naran you can go to Babusar Top if you have a 4x4 preferably. On two spots till Batakundi we observed bad patches. Otherwise it's OK to travel even on your car if you have a good condition engine.

DAY 1 : Faisalabad to Abbotabad
Our initial plan was to start on Tuesday 05.07.2016 but we planned to break the long journey into two parts as we were travelling with families. So we decided to start on Monday 04.07.2016. We had packed up on Sunday night.
We took lots of medicines and our cooking gears with us.

We started at 5:30 pm. All the adults were fasting and we did our Iftar at Kalarkahar.
I reached Abbotabad at 11:30 pm and headed straight for my favourite hotel , Alpine. Booked two rooms, One at 2500/= and other at 4000/= for one night.

This hotel is made for families only. It's location is on main naran bazar road just behind unique cafe. It has very safe environment, just beside kunhar river. Parking is very spacious. Owner of the hotel is a thorough gentleman and staff is very cooperative. Will share the rest details later.

We were up at 9 in the morning and were ready to hit the road at 10. It was a sunny morning. its was 29th Ramadan but we all decided to skip the roza as we had to travel long. This decision did not proved to be good one as throughout the travel and even after reaching Naran, we could not find any hotel offering lunch or tea. In KPK, the respect of Ramadan was on its peak and so did we all.

Stopped at Kewai water streams for refreshing our feet. Water was not so cold. A little breeze was there to sooth us.
