from the area of nursing home aka maternity home aka hospital where the baby was born, 1st you get hospital certificate with date & time of birth with parents name exactly as on cnic, then you move to that area UC office they issue a birth certificate with parents name & cnic numbers with reference details of baby from the hospital and parents address as on CNIC, that you take to NADRA office with parents cnic copies - 21 days is time from NADRA for the B form - ( did for a neice in 2008 if its different now please excuse me )

i see you asking address for UC in clifton somewhere in thread it is near old cotton & cotton outlet at clifton, the by-lane which connect entry from cardeals show room to boat basin eatries

nothing is for free my friend - 2 fees u need to pay - 1 to UC other to NADRA, cross check may be UC can get you a NADRA certificate too. - do share the information when you succeed.

It is Saddar Town UC 10 at clifton phone (021) 99 250874- GPS: 24.82479630, 67.03156569 search in google maps it is my catch of past. You may also pay visit to CBC office in DHA ask for correct information & location

Mabrook there is always 1st time and we learn keep every (peace) piece of paper safe & properly enveloped with dates when the grown up is in comprehending age (star) start sharing and explain what these papers are for. Get a passport by 1st birthday as well, just for keeping paper trail of roots intact. All the best & Best wishes for task
