Front Axle, Suspension and Shockers

I noticed dug dug sound coming from front suspension in potholes as well as weird tuck tuck sound while taking a full U turn to right and left. I visited a suspension wala today and he has suggested me to get complete work done. But he also suggested that Japanese products are not anymore Japanese hence Kabli is better. He would give a guarantee of 6 months on Axle and 1 year on suspension as well.

Axle to be changed with a Kabli one - Cost 6500
Shockers to be repaired - 2000 Each

On Pakwheels I have seen other members suggesting against Kabli products. But I am not sure what to do.

Another mechanic that I visited told me to put new items.

Please suggest what should I do. Planning to get this done by tomorrow.

That tuk tuk sound you are hearing at u-turns is because of outer C.V Joints and you can get NKN brand new Japanese pair for about 6000/-RS and if you want some cheap one's then Get Sherry one's they cost under 4000/-RS i guess and will do the job atleast for 2 year's.
For shock absorbers you can get brand new Gabriel shocks for about 6500/-RS.
Can't say something about Japanese lower control arm's but good quality local one's cost under 3000/-RS and work fine for about 3 year's or more depending on road conditions.
Stay away from kabli part's they are just a gamble. Always buy new part's even if Chinese.

So should I just buy these parts from Plaza and ask the suspension wala to put these? I asked for the labor cost from both the mechanics and one is asking for 1500 and the other 2500.

I myself want to put something that is long lasting because I don't drive like crazy, but with pretty care in pot holes etc.

I have a neighbor of mine who can buy these for me as he also has a shop in Tibet centre or may be I will just visit with him once to get all the items.

Just came back from Auto parts market to have a rough idea of whether Japenese parts would suit my budget or Chinese one's. Most of the shop keepers are suggesting me to install Gabriel shockers and rest of the parts Chinese including Kenchi, Tie road, spring and CV joints. Because chinese parts have 6 months guarantee whereas Japanese has none.

Should I go with Gabriel shocker and rest of the parts Chinese? I am also seeing this from the point of view that I will be visiting Murree and Islamabad by road in Feb/March 2018.

Gabriel is OEM for many Suzuki vehicle's.
Chinese part's would do fine nothing to worry about. Their life is a bit short than Japanese part's but they are good for their price.
BTW which springs are you talking about?

The spring is local made but with some pcv or pvc not sure. I just contacted Afzaal - Abdul hameed sons and he has asked me to visit him he will install Chinese axle, repair the shockers and other things and would charge somewhere between 8-10K. The price may increase a bit if kenchi had to be replaced.

For Chinese CV Joints I was not able to find Sherry anywhere including Water Pump, Cafe Piyala and Aisha Manzil. Most vendors are suggesting Uni Perfect (6 Month Warranty) for 2250 rupees. Should I go with that?

Sherry CV joint is easily available. other chinese cv joints are a mess.

The tuk tuk sound is also present on my civic, ball joints are the issue. Get them checked
