Hi,

What's the process of installing a front camera on Grande 2016/17 (pre FL)?

Will aftermarket ones work like the OEM does? Like not having to switch to AV to activate it.

I have installed the one from aliexpress. Yes, you have to switch to AV to make it work, but quality is way better than oem

hmm, so theres no option of getting one which automatically displays?

There is no camera in corolla which automatically displays.

You have to switch to av to activate it. Even in the facelift you have to turn it on manually.
I have pre FL... and I don't use navigation so I've assigned the navigation button shortcut to av.
