well, its not so easy to be sure about wheel bearing noise.
for FWD cars, the excel are attached to wheels which also rotate when you manually do that by lifting the wheels, so you need to disengage excels from wheels and then try, still a bearing will be silent at low speeds but will be making certain sounds at high speeds, so its always very tricky.
always use proper hydraulic pressing to install bearing with proper lubrication.
