About a month ago I did some research on this topic and found people asking between 12.5 Million to 14 Million for 1 Kanal plots in DHA Islamabad Phase-I Sector -F (depending upon plot location). recently, a friend's friend who is involved in property business in DHA told me that mostly people are demanding 14+ Millions for these plots.
