Dear friends

I am selling my 10 marla plot situated in Bahria Town Lahore, Sector C. The plot is surrounded by houses except from one side that is right next to it. Behind the plot are houses buitl for doctors who work for Akhtar Saeed dental college. The plots on right & left are owned by bankers.

Please note that on cash payment the price will be Rs. 5,900,000/- and if you wish to make payment in a month , the price will be Rs. 6,000,000/- not negotiable.

Token acceptable will be 50% of the price that is Rs.3,000,000/- and balance amount is to be paid in a month.

I have 2 questions
What is the expected Rentel income is someone built a house.
Can u sell 5 Marla only.
Third I wish u all the success
But what I know that bahria secter c had some issues with LDA
Please let me know.

1. On average the rental incone is from 35 K to 50 K depending on the house.

2. Plots cannot be sold in half as bahria does not allow it.

3. Bahria does not come under LDA because the area where Bahria is situated is monitored by TMA. Previously sector D, E & F were advertised as not approved by LDA, Banners were diplayed all over the city but they do not require any approval from LDA as they fall under Jurisdiction of TMA.

Bro it should go between 50 to 55 lakhs if u sell it to the buyer directly

Bro it will take time because most of the property dealers will be favoring thier regular investors and will offer quite less than what your plot is actually worth. You gotta try to reach the actual buyer. I wi as offered less far too less than my demand . So me 7 my friend decide to do a survey & we found out that if i sell this plot to an actual buyer rather than investor, i will be able to secure better price.

Use Jung & Dawn to advertise your plot and conduct a survey diguised as a buyer to have an idea about your plot's worth.

Well the other guy was also selling his 8 marla....... any how generally the dimensions i Bahria are 35 x 65 but i have to check on posession letter to confirm it

dealers offer around 3.5 million and that is a really less price what i noticed my self as people were demanding 60s for the same plot
