Guys, just a headsup - while these upgraded ECUs provide great features, ones usually not on stock ECUs, the optimizations built in are usually done as per the previous owners' car and its installed parts (aftermarket parts, etc).

It is entirely possible that the ECU will work in its entire options on one vehicle, and not even idle properly on another vehicle! One small example of this would be if one of the older 1UZs which had a cold start injector (CSI) and this ECU was taken off from an engine without the CSI, or re-programmed by Mine's without that feature.

I agree, since i am not a potential buyer at the moment, so i didn't raise these queries. basically, as i discussed with you over messages, that the required details have not been mentioned here, that the ECU is for a Manual Tranny or auto.. which generation of 1uzfe.. etc etc. but ofcourse the seller has mentioned that for queries, interested buyer may call.. and he may entertain the buyer with answers over phone..

I have the same plug configuration ECU as above. It's a 1997 model with sequential fuel injection (not batch fire) but without the cold start injector. This engine uses the plastic body MAF sensor. I believe these are the most commonly available 1UZ variants. Don't know which particular vehicle it came out of though.
