For those who can't wait and like to play around a bit, they can install the toyota's own diagnostics software (Toyota Techstream) in their laptops and use the Toyota Mini VCI cable (USB interface). The MVCI can be purchased from aliexpress (very cheap for $20 only!). These chinese guys actually ship the cracked toyota techstream software with it!!

Toyota Techstream is the toyota proprietary diagnostics and controllers reporgramming software. It has two options available:
1. Complete Toyota Techstream System: Consists of a rugged laptop, Techstream Software, cables, software license, and online user account. Costs quite a lot of money.
2. Techstream lite: Comes with the techstream software and license with compatible cable. Again costs a lot.
But how to turn your laptop into toyota diagnostic tool without spending so much money?? What you can do to a virtually free solution is:
1. Get a cheap MVCI cable (link given above or google around a bit to find a good deal)
2. download and install the toyota techstream from internet. (google toyota techstream download and you will find a lot of links)
3. find its crack and voila... your laptop is transformed into a professional vehicle diagnostics tool!!
But wait...! How to use it... at this point comes in the Toyota Tech Info System or (TIS). TIS is online support from toyota for porfessionals to login to the toyota online databases which contain everything repair manuals, reprogramming methods and more importanly how to use this software with each car.
WARNING!!: If you are able to get the cable and software, and more importantly get it working with your car... BECAREFUL cuse your single click might fry you ECU if you dont know what you are doing. DO A LITTLE RESEARCH BEFORE USE!
