Dear, every second car in Mansehra is Karachi registered. Its not a big issue if you have return file and open letter. In start I was also avoiding to purchase Karachi number but I found no problem when I bough fews.
One thing more, There is no chance of duplication or fraud in karachi number but possible in LHR or ISD numbers.

This special number cost 30000 more than any normal number.
I have no hurry to sell it as I bought it due to its special number. And I have some offers from showrooms one with cash and second with exchange to Baleno 06. I will prefer to sell it in cash or exchange with xli, gli old shape.

i sold se saloon 2005 model cng karachi reg for 825 wid aloys wooden paneling and my frend sold his se saloon 2004 isd reg for 950
