I have 1 set (4 peices) of steel rims, 13'' out of my Toyota Vitz, 2002, and 2 to 3 Wheel caps 99-02 model.
Took them off my car around early 08 (feb/March), The tires were almost dead even then, Since they are lying around so im sure tires are just useless (altho tube less but useless).
So the steel rims / stupnies are up for sale, im not sure about how much they cost il see how much are shop keepers sellng them or buying them for and then i would sell it to the best offer.

PS: ive also used them on my Baleno, so there gud enough for Baleno/ Cultus owners as well. Maybe Santro/ Chevy too, and if some wants to go for 13s on a Alto there gud too.
