Up for sale is a vintage Rado Diastar model 33.
This is a rare and unique diastar. The tungsten case is champagne coloured. It appears golden in the photos but this golden hue changes to champagne in normal/low lighting. The case has a slight chip near the crown but this is only visible from the back/side. The crystal is original. Its faceted and in good condition. It also has a slight chip near the 12 o clock position. You may be able to see it in some photos but its very minor. The dial is a beautiful fire red with small golden orbs embedded within. It is spectacular in person.
The watch runs fine. It keeps good time. Day and date change as they should via crown and advancement of hands. It uses an original rado movement which appears to be in good shape. I do not know the service history.
The watch comes on the original two tone NSA bracelet which complements the watch excellently. The bracelet was a bit short so i added extra links from another nsa bracelet near the clasp. The clasp has a hidden spring loaded extension. This is a high quality bracelet and goes for quite a lot of money by itself.
