Fuel average and Suspension Issues

I have a 2018 WagonR VXL, The car is currently 37k Driven. Recently after an Oil change (i'm using ZIC 5w20 from the first oil change) and a general tuning from a local mechanic of mine
The general Tuning Included:
-Oil Change
-Oil filter change
-Cleaning of throttle body
-Changing of Spark plugs (Original Suzuki Plugs installed)
-Air FIlter Cleaning (I usually change mine after every 5k but mechanic suggested it didnt need changing as it was visibly clean)

I've noticed a sudden drop in the Fuel Average Which is suprising as my car was giving an average of around 16-.17 km/l with Ac On/off before this whole oil change and tuning.
Now the car struggles to get an Average of 13km/l Max with AC on.Complained to my mechanic and he suggested CAT cleaning but the car is only 37k Driven and
From what i heard CAT cleaning is mostly a Scam,Mechanics using tezaab to clean the filters and damaging it by doing so.

What should be done to get my Average back?

Secondly the car makes a weird cracking like noise from the front going on speed bumps and getting up the driveway of the home. Any good mechanics for suspension in Rawalpindi required urgently

does OEM suggest to use this 5w-20 motor oil ? or you are using by your personal choice ?

However according to my own preference, the fuel average should always be calculated with ac on.

The cranking noise on speed bumps seems from the suspension.

Plz address the items like ball joints, control arm bushings, play in steering rack, play in axles or some broken boot, etc.

Honestly, 2017 wagonR with only 37K driven doesn’t ring the bells. Are you sure its odo meter is not reversed.

This is a very low mileage wagonR and shouldn't be having these issues.
You mentioned that the spark plugs were changed. Are you sure the plugs are original and of the desired specification? Did you get petrol from some other station by any chance? Catalytic cleaning is a scam. I've a 2017 wagonR with 190k kms done and no cat cleaning ever required with average sometimes exceeding 17km per litre with AC (depends on driving style).
Oil you used is the correct grade so no issue there.
Regarding sound from suspension, it's due to dry control arm bushings. The bushings need to be lubricated with silicone spray preferrably after a full service. I use one can of liquimoly silcon spray which lasts for almost 8-10 months and spray on the bushings liberaly every time I get my car serviced.

Yes, front brake pads were replaced and Rear Brakes were serviced

5w-20 was recommended by all the Engine Oil Shops as well as here on Forums, Approximately 4-5 years ago. I don't think Oil here is the issue because the car never had any average issues before this.

Did that and the average came out be around 13 with AC on in City driving, I drive with an extreme light foot and shift after every 2-2.5k rpm.

Yes, actually during the changing of plugs, we were given fake ones before and upon installation the engine started vibrating, Got them replaced with another set from a well known Suzuki parts seller here in Rawalpindi

Did you get petrol from some other station by any chance?

I always get my cars filled up at PSO's, Never had any problem with the fuel in any other car as well

Might be the reason of low fuel average. Slightly tightened brakes causing more friction. Happened to me once after periodic maintenance with Suzuki Authorized Dealership. Had to get the brakes readjusted.
