I have both 1.5 and 1.3 prosmatec. 1.5 gives better fuel average, in both city and motorway. Since 1.3 is underpowered, you have to rev the engine up to a higher rpm, which leads to a higher fuel consumption. I won't list the fuel consumption as my cars have bigger tires so fuel economy takes a heavy dip.
