Fuel consumption of fortuner 2017 2.7 petrol

Assalam Alaikum
Any fortuner user please guide me about fuel consumption of fortuner 2.7 petrol engine
Because some people says that it gives 9 city and 10-11 highway
And some people say it gives 10-11 city and 11-13 highway

2TR engine koi 7km/L ki average dega. 10,11 ki average shayad mojzana tor per aati hogi.

Hardly 7 in city....can't more than that and hardly 9 on highway..

I have a 2017 2.7 and a 2019 2.7

2017 is 4WD and gives about 7.3-7.5 kpl

2019 is RWD and because it’s lighter and not 4WD it gives 9.5 kpl and about 11.5 kpl on motorway at 110. I daily drive it.

For a few meetings a couple months back I had to travel through ring road almost daily, at 80kph and 45 kms one side and I was able to average around 12.5 for a whole month on the 2019 model.

Also note that it’s very rare that either of these vehicles sit at idle. They are used to commute to the office and back home.

Also I drive with a very light foot. Please note that too.

While RWD feels much quicker than the 4WD despite being the same engines I have managed to get 5-6 kpls as well on the 2019 model with a moderately heavy foot.

See, this where I love sigma, even when you drive it with a heavy foot the worst it’s gonna get you is 7.5-8. 11kpl on a light foot. Sometimes even more.

I don’t like it for some other reasons but 2TR has no comparison with the 1GD.
