no brother, it will give you maximum 10 in city and 13 - 14 on highway ..

however, there's this Chinese carburetor available in the market, there are videos on youtube where mechanics installed this carburetor and tested the fuel avg. which came out to be around 15-16 in city traffic. you can search for it on youtube also
