Fuel Leakage in GS150SE from Fuel Filter (Below Fuel Cork)

Assalam'o Alaikum! Since Covid-19 lock down, I am driving less. And because of that my vehicles are stranded for last 3 months. Well, a fortnight back fuel begin to drip from my GS150SE (2017), which was later resolved by changing the fuel filter. Once again today on June 2, 2020 the fuel started to drip from the same spot. I have turned the fuel off, and will get the filter replaced. But does anyone know why is this happening?

Check for O ring black color seal on fuel filter...it is located at the top end of fuel filter.. i think something happened with that seal
