Can someone tell what's the difference in fuel consumption between standard manual 1.3 and 1.5 city?
single person usage, 1.3 will max attain 16, 1.5 will max attain 15.Loaded with people. 1.3 will max attain 12, 1.5 will attain 14
I am in a fix whether to go for 1.3 or 1.5. Any suggestions or advice?
Simple if you want more fuel efficiency go for 1.3....otherwise go for 1.5.....
1.5 is a lot more fun to drive as it is more powerful. Both 1.3 and 1.5 has same tax. 1.3 gives 1-1.5 km/l more than 1.5. So it is really up to your choice. Personally I have a 1.3L Baleno but for city I chose 1.5L MT and it so much more fun to drive in comparison of a 1.3L car
I have City Aspire 1.5 Manual latest model. It is giving me 14km per litre within city and 18km per litre on long router. Both figures are with full AC on.
Are you from Islamabad?

If an engine is well cared for with right tyre size (175/65/15) Honda City 1.3 2009 gives me gives me around 17.5 km/l to 18km/l on M2 with speeds varying in around 80s to 90s with single person. Since I installed 205/65/15 mileage barely touches 15 km/l
205??? Doest it touch fender inside while taking sharp turns? Especially in reverse?
its perfect my dear, i was so scared into not buying these by the dealer himself, he too was surprised and stood educated that 205 doesn't cause any problem in honda city
Not true my brother has a new 1.3 i have a new 1.5 2018 believe me we have found same mileage. Actually on high speed 120 1.5 gives better
completely agree with this. i had a 1.3 and now 1.5 and i agree that it is all the same except for high speed because 1.5 indeed gives better! i was afraid initially to get it as i was afraid because of financial reasons. i'm currently on some suppsforlife and that's why i was afraid. now i realize that i shouldn't have been.
